Before a package begins its journey, we ensure that everything is in place so it can be shipped safely and efficiently.
2. Delivery Times
Once shipped, your order travels to your delivery address. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Average delivery times are as follows:

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, the order cannot be refunded or resent until it is returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may result in additional shipping fees. Just like a letter with the wrong address, a package cannot arrive if the delivery details are incorrect.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, an investigation will be opened with the shipping provider to verify delivery details.
If the package is officially declared lost after the investigation, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund. Without official confirmation from the carrier, compensation cannot be issued immediately.

Depending on your country of residence, some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities. They are independent of HULKAA.COM and beyond our control.
