This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which HULKAA.COM accepts returns, processes exchanges, or issues refunds. By placing an order on our website, you fully agree to the terms described below.


1. Return Period & Request

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any request made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@hulkaa.com, providing your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond with the necessary instructions.


2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, when applicable.

Any item returned incomplete, showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, and HULKAA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns for such items.


3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue.

Once the defect is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


4. Return Address & Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. This address may vary depending on the product or your location, as some items are returned directly to the supplier’s warehouse.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages without tracking information.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped or delivered.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined above, no refund will be issued. You may request the item to be returned to you at your expense.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you will be required to open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once the investigation is completed, HULKAA.COM will review the case. If the package is officially declared lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or shipping. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, you may still request a return after receiving the product, in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.


9. Sale or Promotional Items

Sale or promotional items may be refunded unless otherwise stated on the product page. In certain cases, discounted items may be non-refundable, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
